[Whups! Red smiles a bit as the pair jump her, reaching over to just spend a few moments petting them. Hey there, you two. You're certainly friendly- Royce should count himself lucky.]

[Marcus flops down next to her, arms and legs sprawled out and eyes closed. Zeta looks up at her happily. Yay!]

[Marcus gets some scratches behind his ear. Red's other hand, in the meantime, starts pecking at the keys on her 'Gear so Zeta can see.]

You know the kinds of sounds I like to make?

[me_first]

[Zeta beeps affirmatively. Yes!]

[ladywithnovoice]

Do you want to learn those same kind of sounds?

[me_first]

[Beep! That means yes!]

[ladywithnovoice]

Okay. How about you try doing the sounds I make first? We can go from there.

[Okay! Zeta spins around excitedly.]

[ladywithnovoice]

[Quietly, Red starts to hum to one of her songs- We All Become.]

[Zeta whirrs quietly and then starts to beep along. It's not... perfect, but it's at least the rhythm.]

[Just the rhythm is good for now, and Zeta gets a congratulatory headpat]

[Yay! Zeta wiggles!]

[ladywithnovoice]

[Red takes a moment to type out some more things before she tries the song again.]

Did you like that one or would you want to try a different song?

[Zeta bounces up and down. Yes! Good song! Very good!]

Glad to hear it. Why don't you practice solo now? Let me hear it.

[Zeta whirrs for a moment while they process it, and then starts to beep along. It sounds... a little bit like a chiptune mix.]

[ladywithnovoice]

[That's definitely new, but not bad. Red gives a small encouraging clap.]

[Marcus looks up at her and meows, nudging Zeta to the side. He meows something again at his sibling, and Zeta obligingly beeps out the tune. Marcus attempts to sing along but...]

[... Red's style of music doesn't translate well to cat voices.]

[Oh no it's adorable]

[...But no it doesn't translate very well. She puts a hand to her chin thoughtfully, trying to figure something out.]

[Finally, she puts a hand up to Zeta to signal a stop.]

[Zeta does, and after a moment Marcus does too. What? He was just getting into it!]

Let's try a better song that Marcus can play along to.

[With that typed out, she rummages through her bag a bit before pulling out a book. It... should do, she thinks. She starts to humming along to something new. At the same time, gesturing for Marcus to mimic her, she drums out the beat a bit.]

[Oh! Marcus hums along with her! Zeta picks up the beat and beeps along. This is fun!]

[ladywithnovoice]

[She'll hum the song along a bit with them a few times before typing again.]
